The Tet Offensive in American media

The main purpose of the article is to explain the media reaction and the portrayal of a very crucial moment of the war in Vietnam which was the Tet Offensive in 1968. The critical opinions presented by the author of the American media are focused mainly on their one-sided and to a great extent distorted view and commentaries. It drove the media to present a false picture of the war in South Vietnam which contributed to great upheaval in the United States. The article describes the circumstances and elements that created a rather odd perception of such important events.
