Pełny tekst artykułuPress law and its usage underwent evolution in the period of 1918–1939 as a consequence of political changes. The unification of the press law was accompanied, especially after 1926, by attempts to create such a law, which would guarantee the control of the press system and the scope of the freedom of speech adapted to the rulings of the 1935 Constitution. This practice was criticized by opposition title and received with skepticism by journalists’ and editors’ organizations.
