Defence Against Press Libel (in light of sociological and psychological research)

The author of the article presents the results of sociological and social psychology research on the complex issue of violation of somebody's good name, reputation or honour. The accumulated data show how 'sensitive' this area is and how irreparable the damage done by defamation or libel may be.
