The Legal Situation of Animated Films' Creators

The paper describes the ideas of animated film and its makers. It defines animated film as a piece of work in which unreal movement, no matter if human being's, living being's or still object's, is created by the artist. Moreover, the work discusses legal dilemmas concerning latest Polish Copyright Act and related laws. It also gives solutions which should be considered by the legislators to make the law more contemporary and to define more precisely the legal status of makers of animated films.
