Artur Trudzik

Exploration and use of the internet by the contemporary anarchistic movement in PolandToday's anarchistic movement is characterized by surprising mobility and flexibility when it comes to the selection of mass media for propagating its views, ideas, objectives and values. These tendencies can also be seen in Poland. People involved with the anarchistic movement use practically every media form currently available: printed matter such as leaflets, fanzins, papers, books and catalogues; photography and graphics (posters, stickers, comics, graffiti); and such audiovisual aids as concerts, festivals, radio broadcasts, CDs, audio tapes, TV programmes and video films. The article is concerned with the importance of these media for the functioning and activities of the anarchistic movement.
