Starting with constitutional regulations concerning the right for information the author presents instruments of informatjon which serve journalists to exercise socjal control over the activjties of authorities. She refers to one of them, namely the access to public information and compares Polish regulations with solutions adopted in other countries. The author lists some interesting examples of judicature in the subject. She relates information presented for the public use to the regulations incłuded in the articles of author's right.
