SMS generation in Poland in the light of comparative studies

SMS generation, i.e. generation of users of this form of communication is a generation oriented at making use of information: access to it and possibility of its further transfer. For Polish teenagers a mobile phone is a communication tool which competes with direct communicating, it does not supersede it completely, but co-exists more and more actively and changes proportions between the number of direct and indirect contacts, basically in favour of the latter. SMS generation is a generation opened to new technologies and not being afraid of what they bring into life.
