Copyright law has been continually re-modified to address the challenges of the information society. The development of computers software, Internet and more recently artificial intelligence systems obligate to reconsider creativity as the core principle of copyright protection. The author discusses the advancement of the newest technologies that enhance human creativity in the light of copyrights theories and regulations.
