Delivery of lawsuit notices for press court cases are a complicated and controversial subject. Error made in this area can result in grave consequences. In extreme cases it can lead to a dismissal of a court case and the end of someone's attempts to protect their rights. A timely and correct way of delivering notices is especially imperative regarding disclaimers and answers in the press. Because of this, in case of press legal matters, the article discusses three most important aspects regarding delivery - means of delivery, time and place.
