Catholicism in the media - three rethorics

The text is an analysis of the three kinds of Polish Catholic mass media. The author concentrates on selected magazines, radio programmes, and two Catholic television stations. He attempts to answer the question: Are Catholic media's able to function according to Christian ideals in the modern world where they are subjected to market pressures? The author takes up the problem of consciousness of Polish society on the basis of the analysed programmes and magazines. In the end he formulates conclusions which are not optimistic for some of the analysed catholic mass media.
