The attitude of the Kingdom of Poland towards the daily “Kurier Warszawski” in years 1868–1915

The conditions of Polish press functioning on the territory of both Warsaw and the Kingdom of Poland during the second half of XIX and the first half of XX centuries have already got comprehensive literature coverage, therefore while making an attempt of outlining the attitude of the Kingdom of Poland authorities towards the daily “Kurier Warszawski” in years 1868-1915, only the most crucial facts relating to legal grounds, which materially influenced publishing and editing of one of the most important Polish dailies of the turn of XIX and XX centuries have been signaled in the present article.
