Polish community press in Hungary preserves Polish tradition and culture, brings together various social groups and is a place for dialogue. Often, for Poles living in that area, it is the only source of information about Poland. One of the most interesting periodicals of the Polish minority group is the quarterly "Głos Polonii". The author, based on the research conducted, presents the readers' reactions to the magazine, their expectations and opinions. According to the author, .Głos Polonii. should strive to be professional, keep pace with ongoing changes around but, at the same time, continue in its traditional and historic character.
